I had an appointment for my annual maintenance, and Elias did an excellent job taking care of my car, quick and efficient. Everything was finished in under an hour, including an oil change and a new cabin filter. He also checked my tires, addressed my concerns, and confirmed that everything was fine, so no replacement was needed. Tip: You can bring your Lexus here. Had an appointment for vibration in the drivetrain. They charged a diagnostics fee, said they re-balanced the wheels again, road tested the car and the issue was resolved. They also "recommended" to re-surface the rotors, but wanted $190 for it, and that's without pads, I politely declined as I can replace my own brakes for less. Drove the car home and noticed the issue was not resolved. Called the Service Department, not going to name names, but the Service Advisor denied telling me I need new brakes. Well, if you said to re-surface the rotors and throw new pads on it, that sounds like new brakes to me, isn't it? They claimed my car's engine was destroyed and that my car was totaled. I took the car to another mechanic who said their diagnosis was completely wrong and that they had not actually done the test they claimed to have done. He was able to repair it for a couple hundred bucks! Drives perfect again. The Jacobsen Toyota service agent said that my engine had blown a head gasket and that it would cost $7k to repair, more than the car was worth. I was shocked because I'd only taken it in for a slight hesitation when the car was starting up driving the first time each day. They claimed their mechanic had taken off the valve cover and put a camera down inside where they said they saw coolant all over the engine.
