Not only was their customer service amazing by getting me on the schedule right away and getting my car done quickly, but they significantly increased the value of my car. I had them do a full detail before selling my car and because of that, I was able to get $2000 more for my car than I thought I would because they were able to buff out small scratches and dings, get every ounce of dog hair out of the carpet, and just made the car look amazing. I've used a lot of detail shops in the several cities I've lived in, and this was by far the most professional and best value for money I've experienced. We’ve used Marks several times in the last 5 years. My last time I was not impressed but I let it go. We recently brought our daughter’s car in, I have to say we were so disappointed by the sloppy job. I mean detail is the name. The lack of detail was pathetic. The tires and wheels looked pretty bad. I was told it was sun damaged (a year old car). Not, I came home and with a bit of elbow grease it came off. Seals weren’t fully cleaned. There were streaks on the windows, finger prints on the outside trim of windows, the console still had crumbs, the trunk wasn’t even vacuumed out, there were plenty of areas inside that looked untouched. I discovered this shop quite recently. From the first time I recognized how professional, helpful, expert, and friendly it is. All the team members I have met so far are fantastic. I trust this shop so much that I just drop my cars there, for service or for repair, and don't bother to check cost estimate or competition.
