Two months ago, my car slid on a steep downhill road in heavy rain and lightly touched the vehicle in front. There was no visible damage. After the minor incident, I continued driving my child to his basketball game without any issues; the brakes were functioning normally. I only went to the Issaquah Midas after the game because I wanted a professional check for safety. At the shop, the manager informed me that my tires were significantly worn and I was strongly advised to replace all four brakes and pads immediately. I desperately needed an oil change and I have only ever gotten my oil change at Midas' in California, so I was happy to see a Midas close to where I worked. I booked an appointment online with ease and it was confirmed within 30min. My appointment was for an oil change at 1pm, so I arrived 10min prior to park and get any other info sorted out. I decided to wait inside for my car to be finished and had such a lovely time chatting it up with the two front desk people. Once my oil was changed payment was super easy and they also gave me some good advice regarding my car. I will absolutely be returning for any future car work! I trust this shop with both of my cars, one of which is an old Toyota Prius that is almost 20 years old. They have been consistently good in maintaining this car over the past 5 years since first bringing my car here. Once they got me out of a pickle when my catalytic converter was stolen. They were able to replace it and put a protective cage around the new one within the next day. The interactions with Robert and recently with Staci have been always nice. Very professional, transparent, not pushy, with occasional humor peppered in.

Got an Oil change and thorough check up on my 06 Sentra. Robert and Stacy were both incredibly pleasant to speak to and were both immensely knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a fantastic experience when getting maintenance on their vehicle.

A few weeks ago, thieves stole my catalytic converter and oxygen sensor from my 2007 Prius while I was staying at the Redmond Red Lion motel in Bellevue, WA the night before. The muffler system was damaged and also had to be replaced. When I brought my car to the Issaquah Midas shop, the mechanic showed me what had been stolen and damaged. The parts were then quickly replaced. Bob, the Midas manager, had me take pictures of the damage for submission to the insurance company. His advice and instruction enabled me to get a partial reimbursement (after the deductible) within days after the repair. Also, Bob recommended having stainless steel cables welded around the catalytic converter to prevent future thefts. I brought my car back at a later date to have this work done. If I could give
