Mass Inspection, Inc

They are supposed to be open until 5 pm, and yet for the past 3 days (Mon, Tue, & Wed), I have been told upon arriving that they are not taking any more cars for the day. Today I arrived by 4:15 pm to find the closed sign up and the shop completely dark, a full 45 minutes early! If you aren't going to remain open for the stated hours, why bother posting them at all! I won't be wasting any more of my time trying to get an inspection here.

They are quick and professional throughout. Friendly staff, helpful and didn't mind answering questions. Will warm you beforehand if they see something you need to get fixed first.

They do one thing - Mass State Inspections - and they do it very well. They get you in & out quickly and honestly. If you are facing the building, pull into the right, parallel to the road. There may be a line but it moves quickly. One of the inspectors will come take your car while you wait in a small waiting room in the back of the building.

Had a great experience! Was in and out super fast, and they treated me very nicely even though I am a young woman. I love that they don't do repairs so don't have a conflict of interest. Will recommend to everyone I know

This place is a joke. They failed my inspection just because of a tire issue, without offering any explanation or solution. A professional shop would clearly explain the standard, provide options, or at least suggest how to fix the problem. Instead, they just use it as an excuse to turn customers away. Zero customer service, zero effort to actually help. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here.
