I've trusted my Jeeps with Massey since I moved to NC in 2013. They're not the closest, but I will drive to someone I trust. They know what they're doing and have never hesitated to explain everything in full detail. I always, always get a call about price before they start repairs. And the turnaround is crazy fast. My Jeep is 10 years old, so I told them to just give it the once over along with it's yearly inspection. I knew I needed new brakes, was having issues with a tire sensor and the blend door actuator on my ac/heat was going. It also failed inspection due to bad tires. They got all of the work done in 24 hours. I always feel safer on the road after seeing them.

Charged me for diagnostic. Told me the reason why my car wasn't starting because of feul pump assembly was needed.Scammed me out of $900 for a fuel pump replacement. Paid the money and the very next day will not start again and they refused to fix my truck unless I gave them $450 more. Do not waste your time and money with these con artist. Craig lied straight to my face and they are not doing diagnostic correctly and make it seem like it's the customer fault knowing they are not doing there job in telling customer what's wrong with vehicle the first time. Scam Artists and I would not recommend going there for any type of repairs.

Called to setup an appointment for a state inspection. Called on Thursday, had an appointment on Monday. They were ready at the agreed upon time and got me in and out pretty quickly. The couches in the waiting area are super comfortable and I could have comfortably waited much longer! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Always accommodating, never over sell. Knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Update 9/13/24 Loss of power and failed charging system. Able to squeeze me in today and diagnose problem. Make repair and replace (expensive) battery under warranty. No catered breakfast, but nobody's perfect, right?

This is the most respectful and well run car shop I have ever been to. Craig and whole the staff is always kind and fast with oil changes. My inspections have always gone smoothly. I have gone here for 3 years since I moved here and couldn’t be happier with their service and prices.
