Matthews Nissan

Super bad service. I bought the car 3 or 4 months ago and I've had it for a month and now no one has returned our call. A guy named Peter. The saleswoman has done everything in her power, but the service staff has been terrible. I hope they improve their quality of service.

Just picked up my 12th Nissan from Matthew’s Nissan of Clay, and the buying experience was as enjoyable as when I bought my first Nissan. Ivy Colon is a seasoned salesperson with an encyclopedic knowledge of the Nissan cars she is selling. This, combined with a great personality, guarantees that I will contact her next year when my second vehicle (an Altima) is due to trade. Thank you, Ivy!

I had my car towed in for recall replacements on Wednesday for work scheduled for Thursday. (front coil springs and airbags) I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready Wednesday evening! The staff was very professional and friendly - both on the phone and in person - and the shop area was spotless.

Oil change, differential service, and installation of new tires all done in just a few hours!

Excellent place to buy a car. I went in early after new by 330 pm I owned a new kick. Loved it
