Maui Cruisers Cheap Car Rental Service

Josie was great to work with! Easy process making my reservation before I arrived. I rented long term for my 4 month stay and the rate was very affordable compared to others. She has reliable, clean Toyota or Honda vehicles that met my needs perfectly. My car was waiting on me in the airport parking lot when I arrived, and that's where I returned it on the day I left. No lines or shuttles to deal with. All around a great experience and I would definitely rent from Maui Cruisers again!

Maui Cruisers was reliable, flexible, and helpful. Their fleet of older cars make their rentals much more affordable. Their rental process is relatively informal compared to big companies and the owners are involved in day-to-day operations. They consistently under-promise and over-deliver. We had a great experience and can't recommend highly enough.

I have written a review maybe once in my life, but I REALLY need to share what an awesome experience this company is!! It is completely hassle free and customer service was above and beyond. You can text or call them directly and always get an imediate response. We arrived at airport and car was parked in parking lot with perfect description of how to find the it. We walked right to it, threw our bags in the car and drove away. No lines, no hassle! When it is time to return your car it is the same experience: Park the car, let them know where you left it and you are on your way. Simple as that! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I found this place online when I couldn’t get a rental with the major rental car companies because they were out of cars. Hertz was the only company that a few cars left and they were asking over $5000 for a 11 day rental. When I called Maui cruisers I spoke with Josie who is very nice and sweet to deal with, told me she had some older cars if I was ok with that. The car ran great and it only cost $525 for an 11 day rental!!! If you’re ok with an older car I highly recommend skipping the major rental companies and renting from Josie at Maui cruisers!!!!!

This review is highly overdue! Paul at Maui Cruisers saved my trip. I visited Maui during a period when regular car rentals were almost completely unavailable due to COVID restrictions, and the few big rental company options left were $1k+ per day. Thankfully I found Maui Cruisers, and Paul came through in a massive way! Nothing beats cruising around the island in a…let’s call it "vintage"…Toyota Corolla (which was perfect, by the way). The laid-back vibe and the simple airport pickup process immediately helped get the trip off to a stress-free start. Thank you, Paul!
