North Shore Maui Rent-a-Car

Robbie and the rest of the team were very professional and responsive to any queries I had. The car was delivered on time (to the Costco Lot) and everything was clean and in good condition. We rented a compact SUV and unlike some of the big name chains (which hands you a bigger SUV as a *free* upgrade) they delivered what we wanted. The car served well on our adventures to Haleakala and road to Hana. With all the big rentals chains being over-booked, I do not regret going with these guys at all. Small point to note: they do require you return the car Clean and with a full tank of gas.

We always rent a truck from North Shore Maui Rental on our yearly surf trip on Maui and these guys never dissapoint!! Robby and his team are really doing an amazing job here, their cars are great, the service is at the very top and the team is always ready to help. Fantastic experience renting a Honda Pilot from here!! I was a bit nervous once we landed as I didn’t want there to be any hiccups with our rental not being there as we arrived at 1030pm at night. We were happy to find it waiting for us outside in the parking lot of the airport, as previously promised. No need to take a shuttle and wait in line ups with all your luggage in tow, especially when you have kids. Super quick and easy rental process! Was so nice to have a pilot in Maui, as we have that at home and are both comfortable driving in it and knew all our luggage would fit. Would definitely rent from here again and have told all our friends and family what an awesome experience it was to rent from here! Thanks again, mahalo!!

Great Car Rental Experience in Kahului! Rented a car near Kahului Airport and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. The staff was friendly, pickup and drop-off were quick, and the car was clean and reliable. Perfect for exploring Maui! Highly recommend for anyone flying into OGG.

Drop off at airport and pickup was convenient. Easy to work with and they have real people on the other end of texts and calls to assist you. Car was as promised and was without faults, in very good condition. Will use them again! Mahalo!
