Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service

I usually don’t bother leaving reviews for car dealerships or service centers because they’re mostly rude the times I’ve gone or trying to kiss your ass because they want to sell you something you don’t need. I must say this time around I had a pleasant experience with Joseph aka JJ! He was so nice and didn’t mind doing his job. Again ppl usually make you feel like a bother when you go to places like this but he’s awesome and kind! Thank you for the good experience JJ! You made me look at places like this differently. And yes I will be back!

Nielsen service is alway accommodating and thorough . I’m on my 4th Grand Cherokee from Nielsen. Roland the service manager and his team do a great job to make the best of my service experience.

After bringing my car in for a recall item, one day later the check engine light came on. They said it was a coincidence but I’m not that gullible. I told the service manager and he wanted me to bring the car back a different day but after reading some reviews and seeing that other people had the same experience I’m not feeling comfortable bringing it back there. I bought my car at Nielsen and I never had a single problem with my car until I took it back there for that recall item. The service people are very nice and accommodating but I don’t trust that this is a coincidence. Still trying to figure out what to do. Meanwhile the check engine light has gone out.

The service advisor has been great, she explains what they are doing and keeps me updated periodically on their timeline. Unfortunately, so far I’m up to three visits and $5,000 in and the same issue keeps coming back. I came to Jeep because I figured they could get it fixed, even if it cost more than a local mechanic, but so far I’ve paid the dealer price and gotten no resolution…
