Mavis Discount Tire

I had a great experience at Mavis in Lockport. The management here is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. The team went above and beyond the call of duty — they helped me with a problem on my tire that wasn’t even the one I came in for previously. They didn’t have to, but they took the time to make sure I was safe and back on the road. It’s rare to find service that’s this thorough and genuinely caring these days. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this location!

I always check the bathrooms when I go somewhere as that tells me if they care. The bathroom at the Lockport Mavis was spotless! The service was excellent. The manager Ashley was pleasant! We will be back. Great job team Lockport!

Hello, (this is from my mother in law:) I recently received winter tire work on my BMW to have to run flats placed on my rear axels. I was told to fill the tires after every sub 15 freezing degree day. I've been in Florida for 2 weeks and assumed the frigid weather would affect my tires. when I got home I instinctively added some air to them but to my surprise they did not need it. so could you please drop the pressure to the correct psi (32-35) and check the rear driver side rear valve stem? I've had my work done here at Mavis Tires & Brakes and wanted to ensure the vehicle isn't affected by any current service issues or thought. I would prefer to bring it back to the shop in which I got the original work done, please and thank you. I would also like to have the rear driver side beaded

Went to get an oil change, the nice front desk lady checked me in instantly and shortly after my truck was brought it. They did it in a very timely manner. Everyone was very sweet and careful with my truck.

Very nice staff and fast service and tell you about current issues but definitely don’t pressure you into other repairs needed definitely recommend
