Mavis Discount Tire

I came to the store for a flat. John assisted me on my situation. Not only he was worried but he made me aware of the danger I was because of my tires.. Because of his expertise I changed the 4 tIres since all of them were cracked. Thank you John for taking your service and value me for the person and not only for the customer/ sale. I just wish the new generations of future customer service representatives would have the quality that John showed me here at Mavis of Mt Kisco.

I came in for my NY State Inspection fully knowing my brakes and tires needed attention (oh, and I also needed an oil change). The brakes failed inspection (no surprise at all!) and the tires were nearing their lifespan as the last time I had new tires was at least 5 years ago. Christian kindly, carefully, respectfully and professionally explained and showed me what was going on with my brakes and tires and gave me all my options. He was also able to help leverage great discounts to make the pricing VERY reasonable to fix the brakes, get 4 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. The recommended tires were not in stock so another technician, David, used his own vehicle to drive to the Mavis in Yorktown to get me the tires. Awesome, efficient, professional, friendly. Sensitive to my needs. They even had a sense of humor. I had a gotten flat tire .. My car slid on ice hid curb after 6pm.This was a day after the big snow storm I was very stressed my Brother suggest I try to find a service online that could come to me so I wouldn’t have to drive my car and further damage my tire. Do not leave your car in here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this service center. I was charged for a service that was never actually performed on my vehicle. After reviewing the invoice and checking the condition of my car, it became clear that the work listed was not completed. When I brought this to their attention, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation then they said im sorry and performed the job. . Being billed for services that were not performed is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. Let me start out by saying I’ve used this particular company /location for a long time and I’ve always found them to be helpful. That was doubly true today… I found an unexpected issue with my tire pressure and I was under some personal time constraints. John at the service desk was able to accommodate “an emergency tire assessment “ for me in under 15 minutes. Problem resolved, incredibly respectful of my concern about time and all with a smile… Really great customer service… Thank you so much Mavis and John.
