Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was just clearing out old paperwork and found this invoice from 2019, and I instantly remembered why I kept it. I was absolutely furious after I got home from this oil change and reviewed the invoice. (My fault for trusting them and not reviewing the invoice before I left.) They charged me to replace the oil filler cap and the oil drain plug and gasket. I would guess that most people who bring their vehicles here wouldn't know the difference, but I typically change my own oil, so I went out and checked my truck - same oil filler cap (a 10 year old oil filler cap is noticeably worn compared to a brand new one) and same oil pan plug.
