Outstanding service from Frank at Mavis! I got a nail in my tire on a busy Saturday and was really nervous about having my wheels dismounted - I’ve got powder-coated BBS forged wheels that scratch easily if not handled with care. Frank, the assistant manager, completely put my mind at ease. He got me in quickly, personally handled the repair, and my wheels came back perfect with zero scratches! The very next day, I discovered another nail in a different tire. I called Frank, and without hesitation, he squeezed me in again and took the same careful approach - no damage at all. Frank’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for customers (and their wheels!) is top-notch. Highly recommend this Mavis location - ask for Frank if you want the job done right!

I’m a Mavis Tire & Brakes customer at another location in the Tampa Bay Area. I hit a huge pothole during a road trip heading out of town and my rim got bent and the tire was destroyed. After calling roadside assistance and getting my spare donut tire put on, I quickly searched for a Mavis shop in the area. Marc (mgr) and his team at Pinecrest Rd in Brandon, FL did an amazing job getting me back on the road in a short period of time. From excellent customer service to good pricing to being fully transparent with what they can do, they made sure that they didn’t over promise and under deliver. In fact they did better than I had hoped for. Time and time again I recommend Mavis to family members and my community of friends. Mavis shops do a wonderful job every time and stand behind their work

Went to mavis without an appointment told them what I wanted was expecting what I had heard from other stores ,but to to my surprise Ozzie made went above and beyond! I wanted bfgk03 they were not in stock he made some phone calls and said "I'll go pick them up and we will put them on today " WOW ! That was huge !! Also wanted an alignment then Marc stepped in and the mechanic they got me in and out in about 3 hours that's a great job a big thank you to them! If you need tires go here!

These guys took great care of my car and were very quick to patch my tire despite them being so busy. Marc and team were very friendly and I can’t recommend them more for your tire and wheel needs. 5/5.
