​I brought my 2010 Corolla here for a simple wheel alignment after getting new front tires. I ended up leaving with a damaged car that was unsafe to drive. ​Here is a breakdown of my experience: ​First attempt: They handed the car back with a crooked steering wheel and didn't even provide an alignment printout to show what adjustments they made. ​Second attempt: I took it back immediately to have the steering wheel straightened. They handed me a printout showing an impossible -10.5 degrees of front left camber, blamed a "bent strut" to cover their tracks, and "tried to make it straight." ​The mechanical result: I left with the steering wheel even more crooked than before. Worse, my VSC indicator light started blinking, and my steering wheel now violently pulls all the way to full lock b

Kind employees, I went in alone as woman and felt safe! They didn’t jack up the prices and throw in any “extras”, all was reasonably priced and what I needed. The main gentleman was willing to explain the need for what they were offering and what could be delayed if I didn’t want to do everything at one time. They even stayed after close to finish up my car! I will definitely be back. Thanks Mavis!

I had an excellent experience at Mavis. Hamilton, the manager, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I came in for new tires and service, and everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find places that combine speed, honesty, and great customer service, but this location truly delivered. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and really appreciated how easy they made everything. Highly recommend this Mavis location, and if you can, ask for Hamilton. You’ll be taken care of!

I had a great experience at this tire shop from start to finish. Anthony was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to explain my options without trying to upsell me. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find places that combine great customer service with quality work, but this one definitely does. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others.

Front desk service was great! Courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve been going to Macis now for more than 15 years. They had to order my part so I had to come back a second time. They took my car in immediately and replaced the strut on 2019 Jetta with ease. Volkswagen had trouble doing the same job! It took them almost 4 hours where Mavis did the same job in two and saved my money. I will be returning to purchase new tires soon. Thank you!
