Mavis Tires & Brakes

I recently visited Mavis Tires on 3/8/26 on Sunday afternoon and they really did a great job taking care of me. After getting off from work Sunday morning I discovered that I had a flat tire and I was in desperate need of getting it fixed. Josh and Dom provided great customer service and fixed my tire. I definitely appreciated it and will be recommending them to other people.

I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Hillsborough Rd in Durham today. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, Dominique and L were nothing short of amazing. Their communication was clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful — they explained everything that was done and made sure I understood each step in a positive, respectful way. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to great service truly stood out. Great people, great customer service, and great work. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

I went to this location yesterday to get my tires changed and Quinn Took care of me and checked me in and was so nice. The two mechanics worked on my vehicle And was so attentive and informative about the stuff that was going on with my car that I had no knowledge about. Overall, Mavis is very affordable and they will work with you as well to keep you satisfied

Quinn and Dom did a wonderful job of changing my tire our after I ran over some stray metal and punctured my tire in 2 places. My husband brought in a spare tire we had at home and they kindly put on the new tire and balanced it for free! It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back when I have tire needs. Thanks Quinn and Dom for the fantastic customer service!

I had a great experince at this location! The mechanics were fast and did their jobs well, and Quinn was very good at finding what I needed for a good price. Everyone was nice and I would come back again if needed
