Mavis Tires & Brakes

I chose this Mavis location because it had great Google reviews, but my experience fell short of what I expected. I purchased 4 brand new tires and called this Mavis in Middletown, DE, along with other tire shops in the area, to get quotes on installation and a 4-wheel alignment. I was quoted $220 over the phone at Mavis. When I first pulled up to pick up my car, I noticed two of my four tires were installed backwards. The words "Inside" on the tire sidewall were mounted on the outside of the tire (picture attached). If I didn't notice this, I'm sure my tires would've experienced premature tire wear and drivability issues. Badly damaged my work van on their lift and put the wrong tires on. My van is bent so bad the cover where my tire Iron goes will no longer fit. And a piece of the trim on the driver side will no longer sit in place and broke. Originally a manager spoke to me, and said they were having an "internal investigation" that was weeks ago and he hasn't replied to any text, or provided me with an email where I can contact anyone else.

Love this place. Was here for the first time last week and they did my brakes and rotors. I came back today to get my two front tires replaced and an oil change. It was super reasonably priced and they were super busy (like no chairs left in the lobby busy) despite that, they got me and everyone else out in 2.5 hours or less. The guy at the front desk was super helpful. The first time I was there, he suggested that I get new front tires. I loved that he walked me back to my car show me my tires and explained to me why, using my actual tire, he was making that recommendation. I loved that it was a recommendation with no pressure. They def look out for their customers. I will be returning and telling everyone about them.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I had a flat tire and they responded incredibly quickly. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The repair was done efficiently, and they took the time to make sure everything was safe before I left. Excellent customer service and rapid response when it mattered most. Highly recommend! Mavis discount tire is great! I’ve been going here since the grand opening, nobody else touches my car! Ryan and William are amazing!!! 🤩, please consider here the prices are the best! And your always in and out. I’ve got brakes done, Rotors, oil changed, I’ve gotten so much work done here I can’t even explain it!
