Great experience with the young but extremely professional staff. Will recommend this place to all that need tire and wheel work done. They installed my wheels in great time. Very pleased with service and staff.

With a low air light and a nail in the tire we called around trying to get it repaired. Everyone wanted us to make an appointment for tomorrow. Well this car was needed to get to work in the morning! A call to Mavis and Hunter told us to bring it right in!! He had the tire fixed and the car on the road quickly. Thank you so much Hunter for getting that school teacher to her classroom in the morning!! You are an awesome guy and we enjoyed chatting with you. From now on you will be the first call we make!

These guys absolutely rock. Max helps me every single time and always keeps things light-hearted, which makes dealing with car issues so much easier. They’ve been incredible at diagnosing everything going on with my Jetta. No guessing, no runaround, just honest, solid service. I first became a Mavis customer back in 2019 when I was stranded in Colorado, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. I’ll happily continue using them and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Just stopped by Mavis Tire in James City, NC to get my tires rotated before a long trip and when it was all said and done they just handed my keys back and said your good to go. NO CHARGE! This is a service they offer to everyone, I wasn’t special. Another garage quoted me $30-40. Stop by and see Max at Mavis tire, you won’t be dissapointed!

The folks at Mavis did a great job with my Audi A6 oil change & inspection. $20 coupon sure helped. They also ensured all the oil & service interval messages were reset as part of the process. Dealer would have gouged me for the resets. After doing the brakes on this car, they know how to keep me coming back!
