Mavis Tires & Brakes

Had an excellent experience with Mavis Tires. I ordered 4 tires for my wife's Chevy Equinox online on Friday and was able to have an appointment on Saturday at the Mavis branch at 5508 Concord Pike in Wilmington, Delaware. The price was excellent and we were on the road in an hour. The store manager Albert couldn't have been more helpful. I will certainly go back there for tires in the future.

I’ve been going to this location for about 2 years now and i honestly love this shop and the guys here. They’re so friendly and really helpful, they never overcharge me or make me feel like I don’t know what i’m talking about. They’re very honest people and that’s important. The waiting area is always clean and the service is always quick! I don’t even call around or look for other shops when i know my car needs work, for real the best shop in the area!

Made an appointment for noon the next day to get 4 tires and an oil change. Received a call the next morning to confirm my 4:15pm appt. When I explained that the appointment was for noon and I had taken vacation for this appointment the guy was short with me and acted like he was doing me a favor by moving my appointment to noon. I showed up at noon and they took my truck around 4pm to start the work. I know they didn't take it back earlier because I had my Bluetooth earphones in the entire time I was there and they connected with my truck around 4pm. It's now 4:35pm and I'm finally leaving. So I waited 4 and a half hours to get a 30min job done. I personally think the guy had me sit there for four hours just to be a jerk. I stopped in because I urgently needed new tires, and the team here really helped me out. They were honest, straightforward, and fit me in even though they were busy. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and they made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help. I highly recommend this location.

I called for tires for my Nissan NV 2500 work van . I use BF Goodrich all terrain tires . They located them and set a day for me the same week !! The price was great ! With a front end alignment. While I was there I had my brakes checked . I needed front pads and routers . They explained the problem I had with my brakes to me. Gave me a good price and could do it while I was there . I also had an oil change . The guys applied more discounts for me . They did all the work in a timely matter . I am back on the road now . I would highly recommend Mavis tire and brakes !!
