Nice, friendly communicative staff. Were able to diagnose issues confidently and service quickly. Fair prices. Offered additional services that would be needed in the near future based on inspection, but we’re not Pushy for the service to be done. I would highly recommend Mavis exclamation

Friendly and went the extra mile- my elderly aunt took her 20 year old Toyota Camry here when she heard noises in the front end - they diagnosed that after 20 years (only 60,000 miles) she needed front end struts and other suspension items - the cost was not minor but after 20 years of Winter Park brick streets it was probably time. The best part of this is when her son and I drove afterwards- not being familiar with the car before - it seemed a bit noisy - we called them they allowed us to bring it back - they rechecked everything and assured us it was all good and normal. They did not try to charge us or complain about the extra work. That is the kind of service and followup I think we all look for. So heads up to them and to Wayne who was so nice to my Aunt.

**UPDATE**: They offered me $100 voucher which I declined. What a joke. Why would I want to come back after I had to spend $850 on (2) new tires for something they caused. It's hard to find honest places these days. I'd recommend avoiding this Mavis at all costs. Had a nail in the center of my tire so I brought it to Mavis to patch. I get a call from them saying there's a gash on the inside sidewall of the tire. I brought the tire to them off the vehicle. I would've saw the massive gash if it was there when I brought them the tire. They claimed they didn't do the damage but I can almost guarantee the tech did this with the shovel when trying to break the bead. I brought it to discount tire and they confirmed that's what most likely happened. Very disappointed with the service I received f

We have used this service for over 30 years, previously as Action Gator Tire. They are honest and the quality of work, excellent. NEVER pushy. This last time in for an oil change and a few other maintainace items, I noticed they even cleaned my windshield wipers, a job I had neglected and so it was very noticeable. I highly recommend this service store
