MAXI Oil Change

We had Maxi Mobile come to our company location on 9/8/25 to change oil on four vehicles. They started very early in the morning, and one of our trucks was serviced in complete darkness with only a headlamp for lighting. The next day, the transmission drain plug on our 2016 Toyota Tacoma fell out, causing all the transmission fluid to leak and destroying the transmission ($5,600.00 repair). Our repair shop confirmed this isn’t something that just happens on its own — it appears the technician mistakenly loosened the transmission plug instead of the oil plug. We also have video evidence of the service being performed in the dark, as well as video from the repair shop showing the missing plug. Despite this, Maxi Mobile has not offered any help to resolve the issue. We’re very disappointed

The best! I can’t believe people leave their house for an oil change. We have been using Maxi Oil Change for 6 years. Prices Match the places where our vehicles always came back with an additional problem. I added in the notes for wipers to be changed out and requested a new air filter. I didn’t have to say another word; everything was completed. Service always exceeds expectations: on time, clear communication, superior work, organized and clean. We have also had our tires changed by Maxi, and they beat competitors prices, picked up my car and brought it back in less than 2 hours.

We use MAXI for our company fleet’s oil changes every month, and they consistently deliver excellent, reliable service. Their mobile team makes fleet maintenance easy and efficient, and we’re always satisfied with their professionalism and convenience. Highly recommend!

I have been using this service for oil changes for 5+ years for all of our cars. Always a great service, and would highly recommend over the oil change shops and waiting in lines for oil changes with unnecessary recommendations. Recently 2 of my vehicles needed tires and Maxi is great for that as well. Picked up my car from the house, took it and came back with all new tires.
