Ricart Kia

I purchased a higher trim Kia Telluride from Ricart Kia, and within a few years the finish peeled off the trim pieces. To their credit, Ricart replaced them once under warranty, and at that time the vehicle looked great again. Unfortunately, just over a year later, after going through a standard car wash, the replacement trim pieces came off. Ricart Kia has acknowledged that this is a common issue, yet they have declined to assist further—even though I still have the pieces, and they are in usable condition. I was hoping they would stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction, but so far that hasn’t been the case. I’m sharing this experience so that others are aware. I would love for Ricart Kia to reconsider and show that they value long-term customers as much as new ones

My service advisor, Jordan was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a simple oil change, but they also completed the multi point safety inspection, plus I got the temporary DriveSure benefits and a car wash.

I had the misfortune of making a service visit yesterday while visiting family from out of state. I made an appointment for an oil change, as well as to have a creaking noise checked out. When dropping my car off, the services verified by the woman checking me in were an oil change oil and to check the creaking. A handful of hours later I received a call saying the oil change was done (no other services mentioned) and that the creaking **appeared** to be coming from behind a trim piece and from the clips that held the trim piece on... they "assumed" it was the clips being broken as "that's what is back there". But nothing was verified that the clips were actually broken and the cause for the noise... I was quoted 300$(!!!) to fix the clips, again, without it being confirmed that was the ac

I had a great experience at Ricart with Robert Peabody. I pulled in wanting to look at the 3 Tellurides I found online. I did not see them in the row of Tellurides they had. Robert came out and greeted us and had us go inside to get warm. He found the keys and walked across the very large parking lot. It was freezing cold outside. He got all 3 Tellurides that were in the overflow lot. I wanted to look at the different colors and trim levels. He brought them to the front so I could compare all 3 in the freezing cold. While doing so he got me a trade in quote which was 3k higher then the other 2 dealerships I talked to.
