We drove over an hour. They Knew we were coming for truck. Horrible customer service. You cannot say you weren't aware I was coming - I was told to be there at 10am TODAY. I would have gladly paid a deposit - That was NEVER mentioned to me. The salesman specifically told me to be there at 10 AM when they opened. Sounds like you guys have some communication issues you need to work on ...you're not going to gaslight me into thinking this was my fault when it was clearly not. Youre also not going to call me and ask me to take this review down like you just did ...and then put a comment like this on here. Sounds like you guys have a A lot more to work on, including taking accountability when your employees miscommunicate. Saying in" first come first serve" is also hilarious… When we were 1
