I had an amazing experience at Mayo Autoworks. Javier went above and beyond he diagnosed the issue quickly, gave honest recommendations, and got the repair done right the first time. It’s rare to find a mechanic this skilled, transparent, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mayo Autoworks, and I highly recommend Javier to anyone needing quality work!

I had an outstanding experience with Mayo Autoworks! When all the Caliber Collision locations had a four-month wait for hail damage repairs, JJ was able to get me in right away. My 9-year-old truck went in with over 40 large dents, plus damage from vandalism, and it came out looking like a brand-new vehicle. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. If you need auto body repairs, I highly recommend Mayo Autoworks—they truly go above and beyond!

I stopped by Mayo Auto Works just a few minutes before they were about to close because the shield underneath my radiator was dragging. Even though it was the end of the day, they were incredibly helpful and didn’t hesitate to assist me. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, professional, and accommodating.

STEER CLEAR, after over $4300 spent it was back in the shop every week. They said over and over everything was fine, nothing leaking. ( my driveway shows otherwise) I finally wised up and took it to another mechanic in town and he informed me the work that was billed was not performed. If you care about your hard earned money and vehicle, don’t make the mistake I made. Learn from this review.DON’T USE MAYO!!!

This shop turned me into a moneypit without fixing the problem I brought it in for, I wanted to get the car retimed and diagnosed for bogging down they told me they did it but after spending 5000$ with them and going to another shop I was informed it never got retimed. they will bounce around the problem to avoid the warranty they guarantee on their work. I’ll never return to this shop and don’t recommend anybody to go here
