I called to ask if they carried a particular tire and the service over the telephone was very abrupt and came across rude. Based on the way I was responded to, I would not proceed to do business with this company.

The owner is no nonsense and he'll give you a good deal, especially compared to going to a used tire shop. It's only like a $20 $30 difference mostly every time

The tires are actually fairly priced since they are a wholesale outfit. The problem is the customer service. The first problem is that only one person (Steve I think) can wait on customers that come into the store. So if he's on the phone like he was or if he initiates a phone call like he did during my visit, you are in for a bit of a wait. He was on the phone when I arrived so I figured that I would be waited on or at least acknowledged once he completed the call. Wrong. He finished the call and looked up a phone number in a book and started another call while ignoring my presence standing in front of his desk.
