McCarthy Chevy LS Service

So shopped for some tires for my Tundra. All the forums pointed to a BFG tire. Long story short, even my normal local dealer couldn’t get the tire I wanted. A big warehouse that rhymes with Blosco could sell me the tire but wouldn’t install cause of some rule they have about sizing up. I then did a search online which led me to McCarthy. I Called. I Ordered through sales lady on phone and set up appt. Went to appt. Sat for an hour and a half. Service guy came to lobby to tell me bad news. Somehow the wrong tire got ordered. He apologized and said that he’d take care of me for my time wasted. So I set another appt for the next day. The service department got it done. I Came to pick up truck. Mike Lesher was an amazing salesman who exhibited professionalism and was real honest about the why's and how's. He was top tier in my book and greatly appreciated. Blessed to have a 2025 Chevy Trax it had 8 miles on it🎉🎉🎉

First time making an appointment or visiting this dealership. Very easy to make an appointment online. Very courteous staff. Johnathan was so nice to work with. Decent waiting area. Addressed my truck's repair and I was out the door. I would go back.

Rusty was very nice and helpful and listed to what issues I was having and even showed him somethings and took note and ordered parts. Brought it on Monday by 5pm on 12.15.25 and Rusty called me way before noon which was impressive since they were fixing the sunroof doing and oil change and rotating tires. I have always had a pleasant experience with Rusty.

My service technician was great. Chris was personable and explained what we needes done. My only constructive feedback would be the following. One your prices are extremely high in my opinion. Two, keep youre services depth open past 6 and if you cant. Make sure someone is available if for at least 10 to 15 minutes after 6. I arrived at 5 minutes till and the entire service department was gone. Finally, tell a customer prior to arrival and even during initial call or drop off. If you are paying with credit card there's is a 3% charge. I would have written a check or provided cash. This cost me another 100.00 in fees alone. Aside from that, the quality of work and expectations established in terms of timeline and work to be done was great.
