McCaw Hydraulics

McCaw hydraulics is the only place I trust taking my hydraulic cylinders. I actually thought I could rebuild my first cylinder and was in over my head. So I brought my cylinder in and they were able to get me fixed up. They actually showed me the cause of the problem. Which was a bent rod which they were able to straighten. While I was there I actually told them about a bracket that had broken on my machine that had been discontinued and they had me bring it in when I came back to pickup my cylinder. When I brought it in they sent me over to the building next door which is also theirs. They have a fully equipped machine shop and CNC machine. They were able to recreate my bracket real quick cutting my down time in half.

This place used to be my go to, but lately they don't have anything in stock that they used to keep and today I left to go to NAPA and get a hose made because the poor kid was on his 3rd day working there and had no idea what he was doing and no manager there to help him

I walked in with my old hose off a hay baler. They had me two new hoses ready to go in about 20 minutes. I was impressed. I put the hoses on when I got home and they fit and work perfectly. Thank you. Price was good too.

Fast service, but quite a bit more expensive than anywhere else I’ve had lines made. After checking my normal hydraulic line builder, they were 60% higher and 40% higher than the Napa 4 miles away from them. They won’t EVER get my business again. Look elsewhere.

I will tell you what, I am an average customer that doesn't go in the get repairs done too often but I went in today and these guys are booked 2 weeks out the he guy there took my Cylinder with the broken fitting in it and took it out while I waited. You don't have companies that will do that for you these days. These guys are worth doing business with.
