McCord Square Apartments

McCord Square has been an amazing place to call home! The location is unbeatable, just minutes from highway access, Fishers, and everything else I need. I’m especially excited about the growth happening in McCordsville and proud to be part of the new town center. The future here looks bright!

Everything at this place is very modern. It has the latest technology for your doors for your appliances for getting in and out of the building itself. They got parcel pending, and you can access just about everything from your own phone. Super technologically up-to-date and the accommodations are very well maintained.

Before you move McCord Square, I recommend taking the smell of the water very seriously. I didn’t have one enjoyable shower the year I lived there. It wasn’t until I verbalized publicly a year later how upsetting it was for management to take it seriously. They seemed clueless as to why the water is so terrible. I tried other local buildings water and they did not have the same smell. If you are not a dog/big dog person, this place isn’t for you. A lot of owners let their dogs roam freely and come up to you and jump on you. Even on a leash, very large dogs were being allowed to come up to you and for whatever reason, some dog owners here have no respect for other people’s personal space. It is very loud living beneath someone here. With that being said, the top floor view is phenomenal f

In my experience, management showed limited urgency when addressing tenant complaints. Responses often took weeks, and the solutions provided were minimal and did not fully resolve the issues. Communication was inconsistent and required repeated follow-ups. I also found that attempting to exit the lease due to ongoing management issues was very difficult, with significant penalties involved. Future tenants should carefully review the lease terms and consider how responsive management is before committing.

Please don’t waste your time either driving their or calling their, horrible untrained office management… if you burp, your neighbors can hear you, these apts are very weak and thin, horrible appliance's, flooring and especially paint! If you’re an older retired person, then this is for you! Lastly, their prices are outrageous and not worth the dump they built just like their Leo’s Market, that was only open for a month and it closed… the owners need to let Birge and held Go!
