Not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is when you still have to wait 2 hours for a simple inspection.

The Service Department at McDonough Toyota is always prompt with their appointments, and the waiting room is clean and well appointed. If any additional work not covered by warranty is needed, they provide options and quotes before just starting that work. Staff is kind and professional.

Super quick and extremely accommodating. Blew an oil line over the weekend, so I had to drop the car off after hours. Expected to be waiting a week + before the repairs were done and it was ready to pick up. Called Monday and they had already pulled it into the shop, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed. They called back to say repairs were finished Tuesday evening and car was ready to pick up. Paperwork was managed online and they arranged to leave the keys for me to pick up after hours so I didn't have to take time off work to get the car.
