A Service rep contacted me about a software recall on my F-150 Lightning and discovered that my Mach-E had one too. I hadn't had time to take them in for the recall and they offered to send a mobile service unit at my convenience. The service guy was friendly and on time and had both vehicles done within an hour. Best service experience ever! Even checked tire pressure and topped off the fluids, all at no cost to me.

Another great service experience. Doug Brewer, my service advisor, is always helping me receive the best service needed for my vehicle on this visit at the appropriate price. He gives me confidence that I only pay for what is required. On this visit the service team identified a battery issue that I was unaware of and tested my system to ensure all was okay. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

The price was that Mercedes quoted over the phone was what I paid. I really like that because a lot of people don’t do that. Plus, she was very knowledgeable about my service as well as suggesting other services that will be beneficial for my vehicle, and were reasonably priced. Great experience.

Great service, as always. Dealer’s facility is first rate and service advisor Mercedes literally runs to check on progress. Internal e-messaging is an excellent communication tool. And what’s better thank having complementary pickup and drop off of your vehicle?

Not only is she kind and very easy to deal with and talks you through everything which is just absolute amazing customer service, but she always goes above and beyond.
