I will never return for service to this establishment again. I brought my 2012 Mazda 3 in for break service (2/24) after a bad experience with a different mechanic. I made the repairs they recommend immediately ($1064), and 2 days later, they returned my car back to me in the same shape as before, spongy breaks. They kept my vehicle for another few days and returned with more repairs, which I approved immediately for an additional $443 on 3/13. They then advised that the repair was complete, but the same issue remained, so I never left the lot. They then proceeded to hold my car for an additional 2 weeks without any notification. I stopped going to this location when ownership changes hand and had a bad experience with an oil change. They told me the appointment would take about an hour and in all reality it was a day and a half. This was a few years ago, and my better judgment should’ve stopped me from giving them another try. When I showed up for my appointment, the man who was working the counter seemed very surprised that I had an appointment.. When we got that worked out, he had a terrible attention span and could not focus on getting my ticket done as he seemed to find many distractions. I told him that if a tire rotation is included in the oil change(As it says, it is on the website) That I wanted it done. Beware! I arrived to have inspections done on my car. While waiting, there was another gentleman getting "inspections" as well. Charles behind the counter tells the man that his third break light is out and asks if he wanted them to fix it. The gentleman asks if it will fail the safety and about price to have them fix it. Was told it would fail and that he didn't know how much it would cost. The gentleman says he will decide once all inspections are complete....meanwhile, as they are having this conversation, I am watching one of their techs in the bed of the gentleman's truck prying the brake light off with a screwdriver!! Easy to deal with, listens to your concerns. Mine was custom install Sonome with a LS 5.3 conversion. I'd recommend them to do your work. Great people.

Very unprofessional. Don’t trust a word they say. They said they fixed the leak charged me $600 and I drove it for a few weeks and it was still leaking. They said it would be another $400 to fix another leak that was a few inches away from the other. Hard for me to believe I had 2 oil leaks that started at the same time that was very close to each other. Even then it was not fixed. Had to take my car in a total of 3 times for the same oil leak. Complete waste of my time. Even down to asking for a ride home and after sitting there for 25 minutes I asked the manager how much longer because I need to get to work. He forgot even though I was sitting 15 feet away from him. I guess he was too interested in eating his fried chicken strips and French fries. Now I have oil spots in my driveway. See
