I would not take your vehicle here. Wheels are scratched behind repair. Drag link nuts are loose. They had no idea about the 13-18 Ram 2500 recall. Cut into the threads. Tried to tell me id have to pay $1000 to fix it. See pictures. Don’t waste your money.

I think that it was a very good deal and I believe that everything was done professionally. I went in for the special because I needed my tires rotated, I thought. The technician said that it would be better to leave the tires as is because there was more tread on the rear of the truck where it would be most needed for towing. I agreed and everything else was a very good deal. I still would like to have a rotation of my tires but I'll wait until I get some new ones.

They diagnosed a cylinder 4 misfire on a Chevy 5.3l first as bad plugs and wires, then they put 2 coils on it, then an injector for some reason. Once none of that fixed the issue, they said it needs 2 lifters. This vehicle has the horrendous Chevy active fuel management system in it and requires a ton of work to complete this repair. It was properly diagnosed the last time after removing the valve cover and finding a rocker not moving. All of this with a $1600 dollar repair bill with an additional estimate of 16 or 1800 to fixe the lifters. None of this work was discussed with an adult (all done with a 16 year old) until it was time to pay a bill. Not sure how a shop can have a minor authorize work on a vehicle. I had an AMAZING experience bringing my vehicle here. I brought my car in Friday late afternoon. They quickly inspected and diagnosed the issue and showed me everything that was damaged. I left my car overnight and they graciously stayed extremely late Saturday night to make sure my car was properly fixed so that I was able to make it to work Monday!! Thank you SO much!!!
