Meineke Car Care Center

We moved here at the end of June 2025. We lived in our previous house for 35 years. Our mechanic was like family to us. As you know, you have to find a new dentist, hairstylist, mechanic, etc when you move. We had a recommendation for a mechanic but my 84-year old mother thinks it is too far away. She suggested Meineke off woodmen and Meridian. I went over there with no expectations of being treated like family, but they exceeded my expectations! I had to have new brake pads, rotors and they did a flush through my system. I was told by my previous mechanic that I would need those soon, but I had forgot with my life going on. I have taken multiple vehicles here for standard service as well as major repairs. They are very professional, do not push up selling but do offer very relevant other maintenance that I have researched as highly recommended, and they offer very reasonable prices. It is refreshing getting an honest mechanic shop. I will continue to make them my primary shop as long as they do not change what they have been doing.

Extremely satisfied. Was able to get an appointment same day. Only took about 30 maybe 45 minutes to get my oil changed and I was out of there. Everybody was super friendly. They did a great job.

I have no idea where to start, I made an appointment the Assistant Manager told me it would take 1hour and 30 minutes for me to get breaks and rotors. After 2 hours I was told that they had the wrong parts for my rear brakes it would be another hour. After that hour, they told me my car would not move and blamed the previous company who did my brakes previously. Then the next excuse was because my wheels were custom. Finally 4 hours later the assistant manager came to me and said the spacers were placed on backwards. The incompetence and lack of accountability was beyond horrifying. The assistant manager tried to offer me a free oil change but I refused it I told him I would never step foot in any Meineke due to the lack of knowledge your employees have for cars with custom wheels. I am very grateful for Thomas at the store in Falcon he was polite and explained so many things to me I told him many things that auto repair shops have done. Women just don't know things and they trust people to do there job that you pay for. I will never go to the other auto repair shops again. Meineke is my new auto service place.
