Tire King of Falcon

I've been coming here for about 6 years now. Everyone is always friendly and effective communicators. They tell you what your vehicle needs and sometimes might show you the part they're talking about. They do what's needed, never what you don't ask for, and never try to upsell you on unnecessary things. Sometimes they can get busy and might forget something, but they try to make up for it. They gave me a free alignment as a courtesy for not getting to my vehicle for 2 hours once, and had to schedule me for later that week. When you get tires here, they do honor their warranties if something happens to them within the warranty period. I've definitely had a couple tires replaced throughout the years. In early September, I took my truck in for a tire balance and rotation. Since my black wheels already had a scratch from a previous balance, I politely asked at check-in for extra care to prevent further damage. After picking up my truck, I left for a road trip to Oklahoma. While refueling in Hayes, Kansas, I noticed the lug nut cap was missing from my rear tire, so obviously it was not reinstalled properly. On closer inspection, I discovered a significant scratch on my front rim, likely caused by it being placed on its side during the rotation. Additionally, a rusted wheel weight was used to balance the rear tire. The guys took care of a flat tire very quickly. They also rotated my tires properly on my dually. Then they wouldn't take my money. Said it was on the house. If you need service go see them.
