Wow! I wasn’t expecting the joy and customer service I received today. Normally you just go in and get a wash with very little interaction but today made me feel grateful I chose this place. I was greeted by James who was incredibly kind and charismatic and actually caused me to just be in the moment of gratitude for the pleasant brief conversation before getting the car washed. A little kindness really does go along way! I’ll be back!

I took my 3-month-old 2025 Toyota Tacoma through Super Star Car Wash and one of the brushes struck my passenger-side mirror and broke the folding mechanism. I filed a claim, but it was denied with the explanation that they are “not responsible for plastic parts,” even though this was clearly caused by their equipment. This was a very disappointing experience — not only because of the damage, but because the company refused to take responsibility or help resolve the situation. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. If something happens to your vehicle, don’t expect accountability.

james the gm went above and beyond in explaining the membership options (which after learning it’s the same price as one wash as it is for the first month, who wouldn’t want to sign up?!) winter is coming and i don’t like driving a dirty car around! james even checked in on my wash experience afterwards and made sure i got some of their new vanilla scented air fresheners!! my car looks so clean!

Idk how these types of car washes are even in business. The guy who is supposed to spray the car down (which I paid extra for) gave one side of my car one half assed pass with his hose not even fully on. My whole car was dirty not just one side. Then the machines pads and brushes just scratch and jack up the car. I still had to rewash it. I normally always wash my own car anyways, I’m not complaining about having to do it, I just happened to try this spot out. Not worth it. Self service or touch-less is way better and less expensive.

I had an awesome experience at Superstar Car Wash in Falcon, Colorado! The whole place was clean, efficient, and well-run, but the real standout was Caleb. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that I left happy with how my car looked. You don’t always get that kind of personal service these days! Thanks, Caleb, for making the experience a great one — I’ll definitely be coming back!
