People, this is the best tire centre in the Colorado Springs area. They don't promise you a time and not fulfil it. Tend to be a little less busy on oil changes than the other Locations on the south end of town

Tire Warranty Not Honored Very Disappointed I expected better from Walmart. I purchased four Dextero All Terrain DAT1 tires (with the optional road hazard/treadwear warranty) from a Walmart in Arizona in March 2024. By 15,000 miles, two tires were already bald. They’re advertised for 60,000-mile tread life, so I took my vehicle to the Walmart Auto Care Center in Falcon, CO, fully expecting them to honor the warranty. Instead, they charged me full price for new tires and refused to apply any warranty credit despite me specifically telling them multiple times I had purchased the warranty. They would not even review the warranty until after they made me pay. I went to this place to get an oil change, and unfortunately, things went downhill from there. At first, everything seemed fine, but about a week later, my car suddenly stopped working. I’m not a mechanic, so I can’t say for sure what happened—but when my father checked, there was no oil in the car. That’s a huge red flag. The mechanic who handled my car came off as kind of a passive-aggressive joker—not the worst personality, but not what I’d expect from a professional either. It reminded me of that unhelpful, indifferent attitude you sometimes get at big box stores. I have had service here on many occasions and only positive experiences. James, the service adviser, is great. He is friendly, engaging, and an overall joy to talk to. On my last occasion one of the tire techs noticed one of the tires on my Tahoe was out-of- round. Daniel went above and beyond and assisted me in getting this tire replaced at no cost to me even though it was slightly past the warranty period. Thank you gentlemen!
