Meineke Car Care Center

Went to Meineke for from control arm replacement. Service was great, and the got my car done the same day I dropped it off, within 3-4 hours! Bill was great, and my car is riding smooth as can be. They also did a full alignment, and gave me the report for it. I will definitely be returning if I ever need any other work like this done on my car!

My family (2 households) has been taking our cars to Meineke in Gilroy for about a decade now. Bill genuinely cares about his customers, and unlike some places that are quick to upsell, he’ll only recommend what you actually need. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always explains things in layman’s terms, which I really appreciate. I never feel like he’s trying to take advantage. It’s one of the few shops I truly trust with my cars.

I had a wonderful experience with Bill at Meineke in Gilroy. I received a high quote for brake maintenance at a dealership and Bill was able to beat the price quote and handle the repairs the same week I inquired. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the great service!

Incredibly friendly and amazingly honest. I bought a used car and wanted to get it fully serviced. They took it back, inspected and determined no service needed. Printed out car fax for me so I know what was done. All for no charge. I will definitely return when service is due. Thank you!

I’m always very wary about auto repair, and I’m glad to have found this Meineke. Able to give a quote on my vehicle, and knew its specifics on a front brake job. They offered to pick me up when the job was done. I am not one to post reviews, but the service I received was outstanding, so I am happy to. Barry M
