UR Auto Service & Tires

I’m a DJ from LA, and I was driving up to San Jose for a wedding. I was filling up gas in Gilroy when I know that I had low air pressure. I called UR Tires on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend. They didn’t hesitate to take me in, fix my tire for 20 bucks and let me out in about 10 minutes. Awesome customer service. I’ll be saving this business information just in case for future use.

As a female that knows WAY more than your average female about cars and mechanics, nothing pisses me off more than a shop trying to take advantage, thinking im just a dumb girl that doesnt know any better. This shop however, absolutely treated me with respect and did not treat me like some idiot girl that didn't know anything. They didnt try to take advantage. They were honest, Up front, and good prices compared to other local shops. We are temporarily in the area for work and could have done the labor ourselves, but lacked a place to do the work,as many places like rv parks and vacation places wont allow you to work on your vehicles on the property. Plus he works nights, sleeps days so it kinda makes it hard to do the work ourselves sometimes. This shop has our business anytime we are in

I was driving past UR tires when I noticed my steering wheel had gone crooked. And right in front of Napa Auto parts, BAMMM!!!! My driver side ball joint goes out. Felt like I had just landed in a pothole, but nope. Jose, at Napa Auto parts saw the whole thing, came right up to me, and had a look. He confirmed it was just a ball joint and no other damage could be seen. Ok great I thought. Where could I....yes! UR Tires! I called the tow truck, cost a lot a money, they took it UR Tires. The manager was there to greet me and assured me his staff will take care of my truck no problem. So, I took off on me escooter that I brought with me and explored Gilroy a little while when I got the call my truck was ready. I told UR Tires the tow truck took most of my money. UR Auto Service is the only independent auto shop that does EV maintenance service in Gilroy . The folks there are super nice and have the work done in no time. I will definitely use UR Auto Service in the future.

The owners and staff are always respectful and kind, they always handle the service in a timely manner and do their best to handle as fast as possible. They communicate well via phone to update you on your service and price. The pricing is very fair. I trust coming to this business.
