It was time for a really big service on my Honda minivan. David & his crew did the work quickly. As an older female driver I am now very confident my car is in excellent condition. Preferred has been my trusted repair shop for a few years now. They always do fine professional work.

I was so happy to find a great place to service my BMW so close to home! They were able to get me in quickly and finished my service ahead of time, which was wonderful. The staff is professional, honest, and helpful. I will be back for all of my BMW service needs!

I broke down after going over Pacheco Pass and was pretty far from home. I just randomly had a tow to this garage without knowing much about them, but I got lucky and I’m glad I was able to get the car over to Preferred Automotive. The tow truck provider even told me he knew that they were a great garage on the way over, which was a relief. Sure enough, they were very super thorough, friendly and professional.

I’m from out of town and my relationship with my mechanic is so important when it comes to building trust. Preferred automotive was honest and trustworthy and for that I am so grateful and relieved. They were kind, personable and patient with me. I have absolute full trust in them and will go back if I’m ever in this area again. My car is running great and I appreciate all they did, their service and their kindness.

I will always sing the praises of this place. As a female, going to an auto shop can be intimidating, the guys at this shop are kind, knowledgeable and never treat me differently. They make the process so easy and the service is top tier.
