They were absolutely amazing super friendly and fast. Price was affordable our appointment was at 1030 but our brakes were really bad so we went at 8 am just to see if they could possibly get us in then instead of having to wait and they were happy to do so they didn't try to pressure us to do more then what absolutely necessarily needed done so we opted to wait til next month to do the back brakes and just got the fronts ....the environment was welcoming and relaxed and will now be our go to place for car repairs like tires oil and brakes if you are looking for a reasonably place to go and friendly faces go to meineke Lenoir city

I had multiple return visits that were required to clarify some error codes, but they covered it under follow up. would definitely return.!

Brought in my Jeep 392 to have a Borla exhaust put on. Had questions and obvious concerns about the capabilities they had. Wow I worried for nothing, they did an incredible job and did it right no shortcuts. I crawled underneath looking for a flaw something slightly not aligned and could not find anything wrong. Thank you for the incredible job, it is very much appreciated.

I was given several options for an oil change appointment. Upon arrival, I was met by a very friendly attendant. My car was taken into the shop on time and the service I requested was completed in a very satisfactory time. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Have a problem with pipe & muffler on new 2025 Nissan. Meineke was unable to repair due to unavailability of parts. They were nice enough to advise as to the problem at no charge as a courtesy inspection. Great public relations to give their neighbors & much appreciated!
