Not happy about the sales process here. The actual work done was good and I appreciate it, however when your first told the price you expect it to be that price. Mine wasn't as well as the roadside Hazard insurance wasn't offered or told was available and therefore by the time I realized there was some available it was too late to get it.

The crew at Meineke is excellent! My car had an extreme exhaust smell, & 2 prior mechanics couldn’t figure it out. Meineke ran the typical tests, which didn’t find the problem, but then they did the last resort- a smoke test. Meineke’s tech did the smoke test, & even took the catalytic converter apart, & found that one of the gaskets was cracked. Exhaust was leaking out before it could get to the filter! They had the parts in stock & fixed it right away!

Our experience at Maaco was far better then 5 stars!!! Everyone we dealt with (Evan, Abbey & Rusty) showed extreme professionalism & care. Our 1997 Mercedes needed repair work and it left Maaco looking like it had just left the showroom floor! Dealing with a car this age could be challenging when locating parts & matching colors. See the attached before & after photo’s…(note the car looks to be a straight black in color but it’s actually called Black Opal which is a metallic finish with lots of hints of other colors in it.) Kudos to everyone at Maaco for their expertise and craftsmanship! Again, thank you, thank you!!! David & Julie Becker

Mrs. Emily was very friendly and courteous. I felt very welcome. The whole staff was excellent and got my car serviced quick and easy. The whole experience was great, would definitely go again.

Amazing! Woman up front was great, oil change did take about 45 minutes, got a good deal online, and I left with full air in my tires!
