Got on quick and had it done fast. It happened to be a minor issue. I was thinking the worst and I could have been told it was and they could have told me so. I am not a car guy, but got referred to by one of my friends that is. And nice pleasant people.

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire on Route 150 in Peoria Hgts. Pulled over to change tire but could not get bolts unscrewed. Just happened to be real close to the Meineke store, so pulled in and asked for help. It was amazing how polite, helpful, and kind the people were at that location. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Had oil change at another establishment. Was told I needed brakes because they were 4mm. Brought to Meineke because we have lifetime replacement on pads and get all brakes done here. Was told placement not needed since they were at 6mm. Had to pay $60 for them to check! Appreciate the honesty but not at all happy about charge. Also we discuss the issue with other establishments.

My muffler/exhaust went out on my car Friday night. I went over to Meineke early that morning. Normally they only go by appointment, but thankfully the lady working there allowed me to stay and get my car worked on otherwise I would have driven all weekend with a dragging muffler and extremely loud car. Thank you to the lady that works there at Meineke!! I very much appreciated you letting my car get the work it needed without an appointment.
