My work truck is my life line.I am a local contractor. Blew my heater core on a Friday afternoon. Realized very quickly it was a major ordeal to replace it, dashboard has to completely come off..explained to them my situation. They worked on it that day all day and all day Saturday past their closing time. These guys have come through for me several times now..Greatly appreciate them and highly recommend

The only place I will take my car from now on! They have assisted me through several unexpected issues with my vehicle. I do not feel at all like I was taken advantage of or pressured into things I didn't actually need done to my car. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, especially Lee. Even though my recent vehicle issues have been stressful, I feel like they have helped me feel supported through this process. 10 stars if I could!

Lee and the rest of the team took care of me literally 1 hour before close. They did a rush order on the parts and I was able to get home to spokane. I would recommend this shop!

They were 10 minutes late to my appointment. The place is dirty. They did not put back all of my bolts back skid plate. Lastly, 3 days after I had my oil change my oil started to leak (they never said I had I leak, which have never had). Once I had it looked it they only hand tightened my oil plug and it was failing out. We had to add 3 more quarts to my car. Then they refused to refund my Money and keep saying the owner has to approve it and he is in India. I will never go back.
