I was able to schedule online, arrived and didn’t wait more than 5 minutes before my car was taken into the bay. I asked for a check of my brakes and tires and to my delight, they checked everything at no cost. I asked to replace my windshield wipers and they were a bit pricey, but they are quiet and move rain efficiently without streaks or squeaks. It all took about 30 minutes and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and courteous.

John went above and beyond! I cannot be more thankful for his thoughtfulness and expertise. I came in with the assumption from two other mechanics that I needed to fix my struts. However when John drove and looked at my car I really needed new lower control arms. I can't believe I've been driving so long with them so loose and near broken my car feels like day/& night. I will 100% be using this Meineke for all my future car needs as long as I'm in South Carolina! Very professional, affordable and fit me in the same day !

Terrible....the mechanic came out after looking at the car saying all the components were good just need to add freon, then about 20 min later anther mechanic come out and says my serpentine belt needs changed, more $$ after being on the rack I ok'ed the dye and freon 215 now this leads to 400+ dollars, then lastly they say the compressor is bad....now I thought all the components were good hiw is this possible!! Now the total to fix is 1200, I could have said no, but then no air at all still with a bill already run 400+ which previously stated all was good. So, I had to apply to get money to do the job was not prepared for 1,200 dollar job. There company which finance make is possible to pay your bill but the contract states if not paid your car will be theirs...so it is scam one or anoth

Meineke in Taylors, SC use always accommodating and convenient. Even on busy holiday times, they are efficient and friendly. I have been a happy customer for 5 years and never had a bad experience.
