Great fast service. Great price and awesome people. I will be taking my care there in the future
Would not recommend this specific Meineke location. (Kirkwood Hwy). I booked a 9am appt for an oil change and chose to wait at the shop. It did not get done until 10:25 AND there was no space to sit so I had to sit across the street on a bus bench for over an hour for a quick oil change.
I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. I took my car for a wheel alignment on May 2025. I bought 4 new tires, due to the wrong alignment it damaged my two rear tires. I went back to the shop today and explained the situation he just did not care. He just charge me another $101.00, total $235.00 and said it may fix my problem or not. I will never take my car there for a major car work, can't be trusted. I would never recommend friends or family here. Thank you!
I am very pleased with my service and will go back :-) They had my car all fixed within an hour !
