I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and use them for scheduled maintenance and any repairs. Daniel T. is my service advisor, and Kris W. is my sales representative. Both are excellent at what they do. I recently brought my vehicle in for Schedule A-level service, and my transmission apparently needed a reboot of the software that manages the torque converter. The service work was completed on time, and all my issues were fully resolved to my satisfaction. Great dealership!

I brought my Sprinter in for a couple minor warranty issues and the service was excellent. My service advisor Gabe, is one of the best people in that position that I have encountered over the years. From the greeting when I arrived, to checking in my vehicle, listening and taking an interest in my issues, keeping me informed of the mechanic's progress, explaining what was done and checking out, Gabe's performance made the experience flawless! The facility is spotless and the waiting area offers several places to work, relax or watch tv while you wait. There's even some snacks and beverages available if you'd like to indulge.
