Mercedes-Benz of Peoria

Today we visited several dealerships in the Peoria area to test drive vehicles. We currently own a Mercedes. We drove our Mercedes to your dealership and spent 10-15 minutes driving around the lot, stopping, getting out and walking around to look at various new and used Mercedes. NO ONE came out to see if we needed help or if we had questions. I was shocked that at a dealership for luxury cars that no sales person came out of the building to help the customers already driving a Mercedes! Completely inexcusable.

I brought my Mercedes in for a malfunctioning sunroof on a Saturday. The service department was so helpful, they took my car right in and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive being that it was raining and parts was needed for the sunroof. Parts was ordered correctly and came in very fast. Great job to the parts department! Communication was excellent by Chris Boyd the Mercedes advisor, he is very professional and knowledgeable A+. The Sunroof was repaired like new for many more beautiful days to come. The cost was reasonable, I thought it was going to be a way bigger bill. The cashier was very kind. I was greeted and welcomed, asked if I'd like something to drink. Great job Autohaus of Peoria! Definitely recommend and I'll be returning for all my Mercedes needs. Thank you to Chris Boyd, Kev

What a terrific experience!!!! My sales person, Jacob was phenomenal! He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Aside from Jacob, every person I interacted with was great! Very friendly and helpful. Mike, the finance person, was very non-pressure and made my great experience even better.

Our check engine light came on so we called for service. No one answered. Left a message at 10am on a Friday and no one called back. Sent a text from their website- no response. Service hours say 7 am on Saturday—took the car in to see if they could check it but no one was there. Called again and still no answer. It’s a ridiculous level of service for premium vehicles.

Our sales person was really great. There was no pressure to buy and because the price of the vehicle was already priced well, the transaction was easy. The dealership in general, however, appeared lackluster in terms of service. This was our first experience buying a luxury car and I definitely received a better red carpet treatment when purchasing other standard vehicles. The finance manager was not personable at all. The final transaction felt weird and uncomfortable with odd long silences and a few condescending responses. Time will tell regarding the service department which currently has questionable reviews. I got the sense that our sales manager didn’t know much about servicing the car including cost of oil changes and regular maintenance. While she took fabulous care of us, I wasn
