I am not sure why the parts dept here at Mercedes Rocklin is receiving bad reviews. The parts guy, Larry, is fantastic and is always willing to help. Definitely better than most parts departments I have dealt with at other dealerships.
I have already spent more than half a day and made more than 20 calls to get confirmation that I can pick up my keys. They promise to call back but never do. Each call they or just dropped me or I either wait half an hour on the line or they drop the call to voicemail! That's what Mercedes really looks like?
They never respond to phone calls and never call you back.
