Wish zero stars were an option. Made the appointment for the 10,000 mile service weeks in advance. Dropped off the car at 9 am as instructed. We were told it would be ready at noon. We arrived at the service department at 3, where we learned that the work had not even been started! Asked to speak with the manager. They told us he would be out to see us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we left with a car on which nothing had been done. Definitely will find someone else to service our Mercedes. Morong in Falmouth does an excellent job on our Porsche. Wish that they serviced Mercedes!

Complete joke. 8 weeks notice to get an appointment. Hire/Pay more mechanics and support your product like a grown up. Website is a rip off too. I should be able to select the appropriate minimum service for my vehicle not have to call and decipher from the BS packages. If you need help check any other service center's website as they have had it correct for years. Hopefully corporate Mercedes finds out how poorly you are operated soon.

I bought a CPO GLS 450 from here at the end of March with 38k miles on it. Love the vehicle overall, and the buying experience for the most part was very positive - shoutout to Ed for his customer advocacy, honesty, and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, have had the opposite experience with the service department. I've owned multiple Mercedes vehicles, so I understand the costly upkeep and service. Long story long, I made an appt in the middle of June for my vehicle's sunroof shade and was also informed that there were minor recalls that needed an update, so these could be taken care of at the same time. I waited there for about 3 hours, and during that time the service advisor, Thomas, diligently provided me with hourly updates on what was being worked on and when th

I received a notification via app that my back left tire on my 6 month old Mercedes with 3500 miles had low tire pressure of 37. “Normal” is 38, so I wasn’t particularly worried. I had surgery on my foot two weeks ago so the car has only been driven once for a doctor visit. When I went to my garage, the tire looked somewhat deflated so I made an appointment for service on the same day. I should mention I 66 years old, blonde and female. My purchasing of this car was the worst auto experience I’ve ever had. By the time I drove ¼ mile from my home to the dealer, the tire was flat but not on the rim. I intended to wait for service. After inspecting the tire, my service rep told me the technician said the tire was destroyed, couldn’t be fixed and likely also had rim damage. They had to order

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only does it take a minimum of 5 weeks (no matter the time of year) to get an appointment. They are most unprofessional Mercedes Service center I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER come back here again and I advise anyone else to not come here to service their car. Thomas one of the service providers is out right terrible. He really needs to consider taking courses on how to work in customer service. His behavior towards customers is extremely unprofessional and he is such a condescending person. I’d drive somewhere else then ever take my car to this Mercedes. I’ve lived in LA and GA with this car and never had issues with those providers. Ever since moving to Maine and I’ve had to deal with them and they are the worst. Stay AWAY!
