Absolutely amazing experience. The owner of the company - Roy - is a true gentleman. I found my dream classic Rolls Royce, he answered my inquiry email immediately and called me. He is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and we scheduled a meeting. We flew out from WA state to San Francisco and test drove the car, a week later my Rolls Royce Silver Spur with only 8 k miles was at my house in WA. Roy made sure to update all that needed to be done ( and more ), new hoses, fluids, filters, breaks, a new AC compressor. The car arrived immaculately to my collection. The attention to detail and personalized costumer service Roy provided is spectacular. He truly wants to make sure the costumer is 100% satisfied. I paid top dollar for my car to Roy, I was fairly disappointed by the purchasing experience. It my mistake to not have a PPI done on the car, I did it myself; not sure if that would made a difference though as Roy dismissed all the things I found which turned out to be true; that being said, I take ownership of that as my mistake as a buyer. Where I do fault Roy more is in that I’m fairly certain my car didn’t really pass smog when he sold it to me because of the leaks in the emission system which I had repair immediately. Secondly, the odometer of car was incrementing correctly; Roy was trying to sell the car for a while, he didn’t tell me the odometer doesn’t work. Thirdly, he spelled my name wrong on the paper and it was a hassle to have that corrected. Buyer beware!

I bought a car from Roy (the owner) sight unseen which was a first for me. This was of course a nerve racking experience because there are so many things that could go wrong. Fortunately, Roy was great to work with and I came away a very happy customer. He's responsive and his description of the car was very accurate. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

I still have the 1969 280SL I bought from Roy many years ago. , a beautiful car which was exactly as advertised. There are a very few firms which honestly represent older Mercedes cars, and Mercedes Heritage is one of them. Roy will take good care of you. He's brilliant at finding unusual and beautiful cars.
