I always feared the aftermath of being in an accident because I’ve heard so many horror stories of people dealing with body shops, however I can say that was definitely not the case working with Mertz. Gary and Kerri communicated everything throughout the process extremely well and got my vehicle back into my hands in a timely manner despite a few parts being back ordered. (Which was impressive given the state of the parts market at the time) Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great experience, professional employees. No run around body shop. They deal directly with insurance company if needed. Received my Buick back on time and in great repair. Will update once my wife's Chevy gets fixed!

BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS! WE DON'T NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS RUNNING A BUSINESS AND SCREWING OVER PEOPLE IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY! My girlfriend chose this place for a dented door and fender repair that was originally supposed to be $5100 max but when we dropped off the car and they found out we were going through our insurance they raised the price to over 9k for car valued 10k total! When our insurance company denied the amount and the sale, being greedy, they then REFUSED to put our car back together and held the vehicle ransom until they were paid to reassemble the car THEY took apart! The owner Carrie was one of the rudest most unprofessional business owners I've ever dealt with! This caused us to completely be out of a car for an additional 2 weeks and our insurance company had to pay them $

Did not complete the work agreed for the full bill paid. All parts were provided to finish the work. Yet they decided it was okay to just put the parts in the car instead of on the car as agreed. I am not confrontational so I did not argue with those that worship greed and money. Will not recommend. Shop else where.

Stopped in for some help attaching a replacement trim piece I had bought online. Gary was super helpful, and everyone I encountered was very professional. I'll definitely come back if I ever need more substantial work on my car (but hopefully I don't).
